Between 5 March – 4 June 2016 Our foundation took part in the 3rd term of Changing Steps of the Project Colourful Campus to which the scholarship holders of our foundation also attended. Led by our foundation, our group prepared the Project ‘No Obstacles Here’, with tags devised to represent three different disabilities (physical, visual, hearing) which examines the availabilities of the places and aims at raising awareness. The projects were started to be conducted with movements like the usability of the places, preparation of menus in Braille, sign language education for the staff and by hanging the tags that were prepared to the entrance of the cafes, the Non-Disabled places were detected.
10 March 2016
On 10 March 2016 in accordance with our Foundation Voucher, our annual mandatory Gathering of Board of Trustees took place in The Plaza Hotel-Vega Saloon. During the gathering, new members of Management and Supervision Board were selected.
11 April 2016
On 11 April 2016, at the visit to Tokat Turhal Ortopedik Engelliler Okulu, The needs of disabled children for scholarship, surgeries, chairs with a battery, and in the dorm section the necessities like heat insulation, paint, doors, bed linens, sitting groups, bedrails and bed bases were ascertained, until 1 December 2016 the needs of all of the students and the renewals and repairs of the school were completed.
6-7 May 2016
On 6-7 May 2016 in The Green Park Pendik Hotel, the gathering of 11th scholarship holders took place. To the gathering to which approximately 550 scholarship holder had attended, besides the founder of our foundation and the Head of the Management Board A. Yavuz Kocaömer, The Chief Executive of TESYEV Berrin Altınöz, Member of TESYEV Board of Trustees Ali Evren Doğru with the renowned presenter Öykü Serter had attended as speakers. At the finale of the 2 day long gathering, at the night that were prepared for our scholarship holders, to which Burcu Güneş, Altar, Pınar Dilşeker had attended everybody had fun.
12 – 14 May 2016
Between 12 – 14 May 2016, the 6th of the TESYEV - Osman Şahin Görme Engelliler Chess Tournament had taken places in the Titanic Business Hotel-Bayrampaşa. The tournament which witnessed fierce rivalries and lasted 3 days resulted in with Yunus Sönmez as the 4th comer, Yusuf Solak as the 3rd comer, Mümin Aksu as the 2nd comer and Ünal Dönmez as the Champion.

On 08 June 2016, owing to the fact that it was Ramadan, 350 packs of food supplies were donated by 7 of our donors, 350 families in need, whom had received help from our foundation before, benefitted from our help.

On 1 September 2016, our Manager A.Yavuz Kocaömer, in order to speak about the Rio Paralympic Games, was a guest on ‘Olimpiyat Ateşi’ that airs on TRT Spor.

By our foundation’s help protocol with the co-operation of Turkish National Police and, the disabled members of Didim Polis Moral Eğitim Merkezi, the needs of their spouses and children for special toilets, closets, collapsible shower seat, holding bars etc. With our interior supply help, 6th bay of the centre became a non-disabled beach.

On 3 September 2016 on Friday, Disabled children who receive scholarship and rehabilitation support from our Foundation and their families gathered at the 8.TESYEV Moral Picnic” at Tarabya TED Ankara Kolejliler Association .

On 21-21 December 2016 For the presentations of the Picture books of Serdar Bilgili`s "Engellere Rağmen" and İbrahim E. TEMO and Member of Managing Board R. Engin AKIŞ’s "Yaban" that we auctioned for the benefit of the disabled, we were present at the Hisar Okulları Traditional New Year Festival
Our disabled individuals in need had gotten the help they needed based on their needs. Wreath acceptance works that we started for our happy and sad days still continue. Our Head of the Managing Board A. Yavuz Kocaömer, every Monday on his column ”Çengelli İğne” at newspaper Posta , and every Sunday at Newspaper Milliyet’s sports section, keeps supporting the disabled with his writings.
